Itunes Artwork Display with miniplayer or when minimised?

Is there anyway to get my album artwork to display with either the itunes mini player or when the programme's minimised to my start-bar (i'm a pc user). Specifically, i'd like the art work to show when the song changes when the song changes... You can click on the 'now playing' picture in the bottom left, and it becomes a stand alone icon... is there anyway i can make that always appear on top maybe?

    You would most likely love Synergy, an iTunes controller.



    [Edit] D'oh! You're a PC user. Search for "iTunes controller", and you should find something similar for Windows.
