Itunes album art

Does anyone know how to make album art show with the itunes miniplayer or when it's minimized to the start bar? especially when it's changing songs... but all the time would be ok. I thought that maybe by clicking on the 'now playing' art in the bottom left would work because it makes the album art become stand-alone - if i could make that 'always on top' that'd be ok...



any ideas? thanks (i'm a pc user)
