Help with iPhoto: Can't save changes to photos

I've iPhoto 6.0.6 on my MBP 2.16 ghz C2D. I've been trying to crop some photos and iPhoto won't save the changes. Each time i click done all I get is my original back. I ran disk utilities and verified my HDD and it was ok. I ran disk warrior and repaired the files and permissions, actually none were needed. I don't know what's wrong or what to do next. Anyone have any ideas?

    Instead of clicking done I hit edit again. This saved the changes. When I rebooted iPhoto later this strange behavior did not return. Keeping my fingers crossed.
