tv editing hardware and software (thinking about buying a mac mini)
I'm currently running Ubunutu OS and Windows Vista, and I'm thinking
about purchasing a mac mini. Most tv capture software for windows isn't
all that great and the editing software is even worse. Mythtv I heard
is great, but after several attempts of installing it with no luck, I
have to give up using my linux box for tv capture and editing.
So I guess my question is what are good video capture and editing
software and hardware? And is it worth $800 to have a REAL media center
computer, and not that cheap stuff microsoft passes off
