Help!!.... Video won't sync

Ok I need help........ I downloaded a video from a differnt place other than iTunes and it works on my iTunes but when I try to put it on my iPod it says that it was not synced because it can not be played on the iPod. I have converted it 3 times already..... How do I get it to work?



HELP!!!!!!!!



P.S. I have a iPod Video 30gb

    The iPod is very picky about the video formats it will play.

    There are lots of restrictions.

    Use Visual Hub / Handbrake / Mediafork / Quicktime Pro



    These will convert the video to iPod compatible formats.

    Type "handbrake" into Google and go to their site, download the app, and run it.

    I like iSquint the best, its easy, does what I want, and free.

    Just download it, drag in the file, and click Start. It already has iPod presets

    I'll ditto iSquint. The best little utility. I should look at Visual Hub and Handbrake as I want to put some DVD video into iTunes.
