iQuiz Quiz Packs Will not show up on my iPod!! Please Help!!

I have been using iQuiz on my 5.5 gen iPod and I love it.... But I made a Quiz Pack in iQuiz Maker and can't get it on my iPod.... Can someone please help my step-by-step!! Thanks in advance!!
