Hey everyone,

Well as in the title my macbook isn't going to sleep when it is idle, i have checked all the energy saving settings and set the computer to sleep after 1min still it doesn't sleep. i have tried from a restart and no programs running and still nothing.

Anyone have an idea why this is happening or will I possibly need to reset the PMU.

    Hello,

Well I got the problem fixed, though I didn't do it myself.

All that happened was that there was a Mac software update and after I had installed it the problem was gone.

So not sure how much i can help. Just make sure your computer is fully up to date.
