Scott Finnie, former Wintel Fanboy & Computerworld ezine editor is a very influential meticulous "switcher" whose Newsletter now contains many Mac App reviews.
It's a listing of 17,700+ OS X apps, from freeware to full commercial apps. You need to be able to define what you want in a search, however, as there is almost 500 listed under "Business". An interesting site and I have picked up a few apps from them in the past.
