How to curb mailbox bloath in Mail and Thunderbird?
I have some users that has mail backups of 1-2.5 GB a day!
The worst offender is a winbox with Outlook, that monolitic PST file really is a PITA.
Now one user each of Mail and Thunderbird has crossed the 1 GB mark. Is there ways short of deleting mails that can improve this mess?
Being able to split up the mail files into something like 1992-2005 and 2006-current would help a lot.
