Went ok on my rev a 17" MB Pro.

Be warned though, it has a very looooong double reboot scenario, so don't freak out.

Your nickname is certainly more scary than that. I will give it a try when I return home.

This one probably not much, but there were before other updates addressing critical security issues with open source and proprietaty Apple software, mostly Quicktime. If your use involves anything of those, you should seriously consider applying the update(s) as soon as possible.

You just think it turned into Vista because of the long, and dual boot.

Oh, wait, that was double boot. For me, since my desktop background is a BSOD it gave me the complete Windows experience.

Then my Dock, Menu Bar, and desktop icons showed up and everything was back to normal.

Just thought I should make it clear, I was joking. Microsoft did not hack into Apple's updates and install Vista. They instead came to my house, and proceeded to torture me until I said I hated OSX. I held out as long as I could until they showed me the iron and then I did what I thought I would never do...boot into Vista, and delete my OSX partition. I weep for mankind, be careful if you do not say they can come in, they cannot so DON'T LET THEM!!! Just like Vampires they are.
