It's a little screwy at the moment. I don't know whether it's because of the rush of everyone trying to get at it, or legitimate problems ? or both. Gone are the tabs....
It's to wide if you ask me... It doesn't fit in Safari's default window size at all anymore, although I'm sure most people resize their window bigger anyways. The navigation seems a little weird, too. The QuickTime, .Mac and Mac OS X buttons have been removed and there's no sub navigation anymore for things hardware and software or the Pro section of the website. Quite strange.
I like the new, cleaner iTunes/iPhone-style layout. Clearly Steve is betting the future of the company on wireless touch devices with the new look and feel. It's fascinating watching the plan unfold.

Simple things like logging into .Mac mail are unavailable without the tabs!
This link works for now, until they fix the missing menu bar at www.mac.com :

Kinda cool, I guess.
edit: actually playing around with it a little, its not bad and the "Mac" tab is pretty much how to get anywhere on the site. Final decision: Decent.
i think it's really nice, a big improvement. very clean, lots of 2.0 type features that make it nice to browse.
those buttons, at the top, are strangley satisfying to click
At first glance, I didn't like it. It's becoming better and better the more I get accustomed to it.
Kinda like a new pop song when I hear it on the radio.
