sidekick suddenly not receiving .mac email

Had Sidekick II for 2 years, no problem till today when it stopped getting my .mac email. Went to check settings, the port was set to (I think) 143, though a note underneath said "if unsure leave at 110" So I set to 110 and the account wouldn't verify.



Set back to 143 but still not receiving messages.
