iChat Collaboration

In the old Sneak Peak website, Apple showed how iChat lets you collaborate. However, this was not shown in the WWDC demo or on the new video demos now viewable on apple's website.

Can anyone confirm that feature is still in the application? I was really looking forward to that particular feature.

Collaborate? Can you expand on what you mean by that? Is it the same as what you can do with iChat theatre?

Collaboration was rumored to include starting an iChat with someone and then having an option to take control of their computer - like NetMeeting let's you do. I thought perhaps they were going to bundle some basic version of Apple Desktop Remote...

Found it on Apple's Leopard pages in the Finder:
    Closer connections.

With shared computers automatically displayed in the sidebar, it?s far easier to find or access files on any computer in your house, whether Mac or PC. All it takes is a click. But here?s where things get really interesting. By clicking on a connected Mac, you can see and control that computer (if authorized, of course) as if you were sitting in front of it. You can even search all the computers in the house to find what you're looking for.

Within iChat, you and the person who are chatting with, can collaborate on a Pages document, iWeb site, or keynote presentation. Both people can build or edit the content of the document.

    does anyone remember this?
