ipod trouble
So my ipod does the sad ipod icon when i turn it on and all the of trouble shooting on the website doesnt help. It doesn't show up when I plug it into my computer but a battery with about a quarter of it filled in black with a lighting bolt does appear not in color or animated. What do I do with this? Is there anything I can do?
