My refurbished shuffle doesn't work
And it's really pissing me off.
This is a second-gen shuffle. For one thing, I can't get iTunes to organize the music on my shuffle in anything but alphabetical by title. I want to put them in a numerical order so that i have a playlist if i don't want to play it on shuffle. Well, it won't let me.
Now, iTunes says it's full of music, says "Sync OK. Ok to disconnect." But when I disconnect and try to play it gives the green/orange/green/orange lite and won't play. I have been pushing the eject button in the source list on iTunes so I know that's not an issue.
Any ideas?
edit: ok, so i got it working by restoring it, but this is the second time i've had to restore it in the week i've had it because of this same deal. should i look into sending it back? can i send it back?
