iTunes Password Problems

Okay so I am clueless as to what is happening. I went to guy buy a song from an album and it asks for my password so I enter it, and then it gives me an error saying FieldName: null. java.lang.Exception



And so I figured, maybe I typed my password wrong? So I typed it carefully and slowly and got the same message again, so I figured, well then what would happen if I type the wrong password. I did and it tells me wrong password, so I try again to type in the correct one and it comes back up.



Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys!

    I found this on the apple discussion forums



    Basicly suggests quitting iTunes and restarting, if that doesn't work then

    click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes window. When a second window appears asking for your password, hit "logout" instead. Then click on the "login" in the top right corner again and type in your user name and password. Then try logging in again. If it still doesn't work, repeat the process two or three times and see if that will eventually clear the error (
