PC i tunes to mac I tunes

Hello all



first thankyou for any help



Can I transfer my wifes Itunes lib on her old PC to her new ibook ?





I have a WD passport external drive, Can I load the drive and transfer to the I book ?



if so please share a few tips

    You will need to regenerate your iTunes library by re-importing your music onto the iBook.



    Your external HD will work as long as it is formatted in HFS+ or FAT32. FAT32 is advised as you can read this format on practically any operating system.

    I guess I just hit export Lib in I tunes on PC to the External hard drive.



    then attach it to the i Book and click and drag or do I import it from the I tunes on my mac

    the external western digital 160 g passport is in Fat32
