I just discovered that not all YouTube videos will play on the iPhone, does anyone know what one must do to get their video to appear and play on YouTube?

Why doesn't Google just convert all new uploads to the new format?

Why does it go to the old format first?

The same reason apps go to Windows first and now why games go to the XBox 360 first.
