scratches?

how scratch resiestant is the phone? can you just throw it in your pocket with keys and change; will the screen be perfect with no scratches when it comes out? or does it scratch pretty easy? explain please, thanks

    Reports are that these tests have been conducted by users. They have dropped their iPhones, thrown them to the ground, and placed them in bags with keys and other hard metallic objects. The iPhone emerged pristine.

    Walt mossberg kept his iPhone demo unit that he had for 3 weeks in his pocket unprotected, and it was pristine after 3 weeks for testing.
