No sound in Boot Camp

So I run BootCamp one day and all of a sudden I have no sound.

I went to the device manager and sure enough my "Sigma Tel High Definition Audio CODEC" has an error icon. I tired the usual uninstalling, and almost instantly after I do that I get a msg in my system tray that new hardware has been found, sure enough it's the audio hardware. My system isn't giving me a chance to point out where the drivers need to come from, I guess.

I have the CD of Mac Drivers in my computer, and when I try to install the hardware there is no way to point it to that disk. Do I have to go into the system folders and manually take out all the old audio drivers? They seem to just be reinstalling themselves.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance!

I am fairly certain that if your reinstall the Mac Drivers it will fix the problem. I had a problem with the mouse and after a reinstall of the mac drivers I was set.
