Airport Express or Airport Extreme?

I am new to the world of "wireless". I have an AmbiCom WL54-CF (54G Wireless CompactFlash Card) for my Windows XP tablet [actually, I am unable to speak and use, what is called an augmentative and alternative communications (AAC) device which is a Windows XP tablet]. I was wondering if I would be better off with an Airport Express or the AirPort Extreme?

    it depends on what your needs are, try reading up on each item on apple's site. Sounds like the express would be just fine for you.
