    I wonder if anything Apple do in future will generate that sort of reaction again. Maybe we've reached a point where we're just too hard to impress.

    My oh my - mybad mydo - how gauche of me to be so dated - and in plain view of one with such haute discrimination.



    How fitting that I should be put in my place - and decidedly so - by being 5 years behind in terms of childish humor (Trunk Monkey indeed - whatever that is) when in fact the sad truth is that I was actually commenting on the Steve Jobs - Mac vignette from 1984.



    So I would imagine I'm due for another 18 years worth of admonition (or 3/2 the age of most modern and up to date detractors - whichever comes first).
