Apple Dock Connector to USB Cable Length?

Does anyone know the length of the new Apple dock connector to USB cable? ...Or even the one that comes with the iPhone since I assume it's the same cable. The cable that comes with the iPod nanos is kinda short especially for plugging into an outlet.

    It is approximately 40.5" in total length with a cord length of approximately 38" (102.87 cm and 96.52 cm)
