SATA II via AHCI ??

Thought I would post the following link as I found it of interest. AHCI should support SATA II 300. I've built a few Linux kernels to support it. I was researching the new MBP's, especially hard drive options and searched on a well known site for options. They offer one SATA II notebook drive. The link below suggests that the Santa Rosa platform should support SATA II "features" which I take as SATA II. I love digging in apple dev whitepapers!
