Browser problem: unable to load plug-in

Hi, I have been having problems with my broswers recently. When I go into websites that plays videos or any kind of media, I receive the message unable to load plug-ins. The message is "The page ?Yahoo!? attempted to load an Internet plug-in named ?Shockwave Flash?, but the plug-in failed to load successfully" for an example. It is the same for youtube.com, cubs.com etc.

I have installed Shockwave player, Shockwave flash, Flash player, etc.

My version of Safari is 1.3.2 (v312.6). And when I use FireFox, I don't get the message, but I get either black part or a big Q with a question mark on top.
