Is Apple Energy Star Compliant?

July 20, 2007 Energy Star introduced new standards that must be met for US government agency purchases. Apple's website does not indicate such compliance. Is this a reason product refreshes are delayed? I'm thinking about the iMac and Mac Mini lines. The Greening of Apple is most likely to affect consumer line.

Apple makes no reference to meeting Energy Star v4.1.

I would imagine that page is simply older than Energy Star v4.1.

Surely Apple is energy star compliment. For one, most big consumer electronics/appliances companies are Energy Star compliant and for two, Apple is generally better environmentally than most companies.

Tell me... Does it seem like people are complaining because Apple has not updated their page since the occurrence of an 0.1 update?

It never ceases to amaze me.
