Need help exporting an iTunes playlist+music to another machine

I have a PC running Windows XP (soon to switch over to a new iMac when they are released ) and my friend has a Mini Mac running OS X. I have a playlist on my machine that I want to give to her, but I'm not sure how to go about it so it will retain the playlist when she puts it on her machine (she does not have any of the songs). Any ideas?

Assuming that none of the songs are protect (purchased from iTunes store), you can change in the preferences menu (advanced -> burning tab) to data cd.

Then in the main window, select the playlist you want to burn and select burn data disc in the lower right corner.

On her machine, insert the burnt disc and from within iTunes, drag over all the songs on the disc to a new playlist.

    Thats it!

File... Export Library... You need this library.xml file to retain your playlist information. In addition to the music files themselves.

Also try this links for more explanathions.
