Cleaning screen.

Sometimes at certain angles with lighting and such, I can see that my MBP screen is really filthy. So I have a microfiber cloth that I use to wipe it off. But there are some spots that appear to be really stubborn as I can rub and rub but they won't go away. What should I use to clean it better (without scratching obviously)?

Somewhat unrelated, I recently discovered a dead pixel in the center of the screen that hadn't been there before (yes I am sure it wasn't dirt) and was able to massage it out.

Damp/wet tissue, then dry one to clean. Always works like a charm for me. Just did it today me iMac actually, it needed it. I have a buyer for this iMac, may get a new one, woot!
