    Meteo 1.2.3 works just fine with MacOS X 10.2.3 & 10.2.4 for me on my 14" iBook/dual USB Mac with 384MB RAM. Perhaps you're having some other problem, such as Internet connectivity that the utility can't handle well?

    You can email Meteo author at:

    Is your problem that no menu drops down when you click it? I've been having the same problem just about every other day or so... I think it's a chronic problem since it's happened before IIRC.

    To get around it, use process viewer to get the process ID number, and then in the terminal write 'kill 597' or whatever the ID is. At least then it works for another day or two.

    Since the preferences change, which I find unecessarily complicated, and the daily updates, which aren't handled automatically, I've given up on meteo. I'm not about to pay for weatherpop so I'll just look out the window.

    There's a beta version that's been working fine for me and I've been using it for almost 24 hours now... <a href="http://homepage.mac.com/fahrenba/meteo/Meteo1.2.4.dmg"; target="_blank">http://homepage.mac.com/fahrenba/meteo/Meteo1.2.4.dmg</a>;
