Best HD upgrade for Powerbook G4?

Hi, I'm thinking about maybe upgrading the hard drive on my powerbook G4. I've currently got a 7200 rpm 100 gigger. I'd like to keep the speed, but the capacity isn't really enough for me. Also, I obviously don't want to pay a ton of money. Any advice? Thanks!
