New HP Drivers for OSX10.2+

As reported on MacNN, there's a new driver for HP DeskJet printers. Supposedly works for OS10.2+.

Downloading as I type this (16mb), so we'll see if they've got their act together this time.

    You know what's interesting is that I've had working drivers for the HP 5550 on my machine (which is running Jag) since sometime in early December. The company bought us one on my last job and we put it on a central table so that we could all walk over with our laptops to print out rough comps on it.

    Yes, there have been HP drivers for OSX for quite a while. Unfortunately most have been operational at best. Many of the features of the printer were disabled or in my case, I couldn't save any settings.

    Tried to install this one but stopped when I read that it still didn't support some key features available on OS 8&9. It says Apple and HP are working together to offer these features in the future. <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[oyvey]" />
