iDVD 6: Set Layer Change for DL-DVD?

I am a bit of a newb to the Mac and iDVD and have a pretty simple question. I'm trying to create a DL-DVD of one of my old concert laserdiscs for archiving purposes, I have captured and edited the video in Final Cut Express HD, set my chapter markers, etc. Is there any way either within FCE or iDVD to set the point where the layer change occurs? Ideally, I would like it to happen where the original side change was on the laserdisc. However, iDVD seems to want to handle this automatically, is there any way to bypass it or how "smart" is iDVD in not placing the layer change in the middle of a scene?

Probably not with iDVD, but with DVD Studio Pro.

Yeah, I know DVD Studio Pro does it, but I unfortunately don't have it and cannot pony up the cash for Final Cut Studio right now. Thought iDVD might have the option some where or I could set it manually as some sort of a marker within FCE.
