Best webcam to use with Mac Mini / Iphoto / iChat?

Since iSight external cameras are ridiculously expensive on eBay, can anyone recommend a good webcam to use in it's place?

    I researched this for my parents who inherited my Mac Mini. I found that the RocketFish webcam comes with Mac drivers, indeed will work with a Mac Mini, is of reasonable quality (they use it quite often to video iChat with me using iChatUSB) and is only $50.



    Heck, I got one for myself to use with my Windows PCs as well.

    There is native OSX support for USB web cams since 10.4.9 so you do not need to use iChatUSB anymore.
