.bin convert to mpeg.i

i found a program that converted .bin to mpeg in like a min, somehow i lost it. it was free and for a mac. where can i find the same program or another, it was really easy to use though

    but... what if the .bin (this could be ANY type of file, .bin is simply a compression archive) .. . what if it wasn't a movie??? how would this program conver a .bin of a compressed excell spreadsheet into an mpeg ???

    VCDGearX is one option but Gumby is better:

    Just drop the .bin onto the VCD or SVCD section and extract.
