The power of OS X, Applescript, and Konfabulator

In one hour I made a simple desktop app to control iTunes:







Until an hour ago I had no knowledge of Konfabulator's use of xml and applescript.



I would pay to watch someone struggle to create an app like this on a PC with no developer software, simply a text editor and photoshop.



Konfabulator is one of the best apps created thus far for OS X. If Apple was smart they would bundle it with all new Macs.

    I do think it is cool, but as has been pointed out elsewhere they already have Applescript Studio which could do the same kind of things if they promoted it right.



    I, as many do, live in eternal hope that they will see the error of their ways and bring back HyperCard.
