iTunes problem

my itunes wont import from cds anymore. gracenote comes up, shows songs and zips thru it wihout downloading. everything else works with it but not the cd download function. its on a dell xps 410 dual core machine.

1. i uninstalled and reinstalled it

2. i changed import as mp3 to aiff and back again

3. i have the latest itunes 7

4. ive changed playback settings, mp3 import settings, same thing



thanks for our input, i am now resorting to importing cds from silly wmp and using the songs on the harddrive to make cds back to itunes
