I haven't heard anything specific on this but when did you get it? My Dad got an iPod nano a while back and they lowered the price on them and he got like $80 back because he bought it a week ago. Isn't there a 2 week grace period? If you fall in that timeframe and you are technically entitled to a rebate I would go for it.
i hope they do something too. i bought 2 the first day they went on sale and i do love the phone, but $400 is a lot of money! oh well I can only hope that they will offer something!

I am an Apple supporter, but feel Apple owes a rebate or credit at the Apple store for the extra $200.00 early purchasers spent.
