make sure you will be downloading the YM version (Yahoo messanger for Mac BETA) that is compatible with mac.. hopefully you're all set to go.. it works fine and all you have to do is just look for the option that can allow you to do a video conference, but unlike iChat, it doesn't have any feature that will allow you to do a vid conference with 3 people
