Get that Newton working!
I bought a Newton 120 on ebay recently, and I'm looking for a way to connect it to my powerbook G4. It's running NOS 1.3, so ideally I'd like to upgrade it to 2.0 and at the very least be able to transfer packages (programs, etc). I'm guessing my best bet is to get a usb to serial adapter... but which one? I've been to many forums, but none of them have given me a straightforward answer/logical way to do any of this.
Ideally I'm looking for someone who has successfully done this in the past... I know there are people out there on this forum who still tinker with the Newton from time to time.
Can anyone help me?
