Is there a 'license' you can buy to legally play ©Music on video you made for the web?



Would you need a DJ license ?

    Example....... if I wanted to record a party .... upload a track from iTunes...... and make a video with a song as the soundtrack and upload it to where people could visit my URL and watch the video..... What would i need to buy in order to play the song
