I noticed the American Ipod Touch has better battery life than the one sold in the U.K.

American: 22 Hours for Music / 5 Hours for Video (link - scroll down + click on compare)

British: 20 Hours for Music / 4.5 Hours for Video (link - scroll down + click on compare)

There's also a price missing on the U.K link for the top end Touch.

Oversight? Different sources for batteries?

Peace and God Bless!

MS.

It's because Britain uses the Metric system.

I kid. I have no idea.

Don't be silly, it's because we're in a different time zone.

    Ooh, good point.

Don't worry, then, the battery life will reach parity once Daylight Savings is finished over here.

That just doesn't make sense. I think there is a mistake in the specs. I suppose there's a small chance that there is a different battery in the UK version of the iPod Touch because of some local regulations on battery disposal or similar, but I'd guess that someone just got the spec wrong. Please do tell if you figure out this mystery.
