Adobe Illustrator 11 coming

in Mac Software edited January 2014
Adobe is planning to release Illustrator 11 this summer with improved performance and new features according to ThinkSecret. I think Adobe should give owners of 9 and 10 a steep discount due to the fact that both these version are slow as dogs and loaded with problems compare with AI 8 and in many cases render it useless in a commercial workflow. I purchased AI10 back in September and my office is running AI9 but I still use AI8 50% of the time to get things done faster. Adobe should have resolved the perfomance issue before charging for another upgrade.

What do you think?

Adobe should at least release one more updater for 10x to bring the performance back to the version 8 or 9 level.

I don't think I will pay $129 US to just get better speed.
