At first I passed this. But I downloaded it. Quite a good and sometimes humorous Flash presentation. But no thanks MS. No MSN for me.

My question. Is this why there hasn't been an IExplorer 6? They've spent all this time and effert developing this? Or is IE 6 coming after...Just curious. I use IE 5.2 90% of the time and had hoped that IE 6 would come out with MSN.

based upon the os-9/ie5.2 style popup menus in the msn tour, i'd say this is based on 5.2 code.

who knows, though.. maybe 6 just sucks....?

    LOL. Maybe....MSN...IS...IE6? <img src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" />

I would believe that for surfing you would use IE. But I didn't see IE in the presentation at all. I saw something that looked like a browser.

Remember when AOL/Windows used IE as their browser? Same could be here? Hope not. Wouldn't be surprised though given MS's track record.

There were so many dumbed down features in MSN it made my head spin...

i'll say one thing... i really LIKE their desktop picture "sets," where they've taken photos in different stages, then offered them for people with jaguar to let them "morph" in the background from one to another...

wow, that's actually a pretty GOOD idea that i hven't seen anyone else do.

p.s. anyone notice in the section for msn adult screening stuff, the child was not allowed to use msn's search or mactopia, but WAS allowed to go to xbox.com???

i hope that with MSN 8 released, MSN Messenger will be updated as well. It works much better since a few months (I guess problems were mostly on the server end) but it takes up way to much resources, has some bugs, and audio conferencing would be nice to have.

Artman, you use Explorer in OSX? What on earth is forcing you to do that? I've been using Explorer, then Moz, and now Camino since 6 months. I only use explorer if there are some "unfriendly" sites that need Explorer.
