GiftBoX has released an official build. (p2p)
GiftBoX is a cocoa app that connects to the giFT p2p network. Previously you've had to build your own app from source available through cvs.

So far I'm having no luck. I'm trying to install giFT through fink at the moment. Essentially GiftBoX is a gui front end to the giFT daemon.
