Looking for a new DVD/DivX/Xvid/h.264 player

Anyone have any good suggestions, or experience, for buying a DVD player which can also handle a multitude of other media formats?



Something along the lines of the Phillips DVP5960, but with the ability to play more than just DivX avi files.



Here's what I'd ideally want:
  • Multi-region DVD player.

  • Output in HDMI preferably. Component and SCART would also be nice.

  • Plays DivX.

  • Plays Xvid.

  • Plays h.264.

  • Supports the following file formats: .avi, .mov, .mkv, .ogm.

  • Has a UI that isn't painful to use and gives you the option to select different audio tracks/subtiles and going through chapters for video containers that support them (e.g. mkv and mov).

  • Upscales DVDs to 720p.

Oh, and it has to work in the UK



Any ideas, dudes?
