QuickBooks Bugs
Am I the only one finding bugs in QB 5 and frustrated because there is no one to report them to? QB wants $75 to talk to someone in support, but I don't need support. I understand the program, I just don't understand the crazy results. Today, I tried to assess finance charges, and I got screwy results like $1489 on a 30-day overdue balance of $1280 at %15/year interest. Now, that's a bit of interesting math! QB 5 isn't as good as 4, except that it runs in OS X, and it certainly isn't as full featured as its Windoze cousin. If MYOB could do statement billing, I'd be switching programs, but instead I'm groaning, cussing and double-checking EVERYTHING. It did some crazy things on my tax forms, too, on the fractional cents line.
