Airport Extreme failure?

Hi all, first time poster. Thanks in advance for any help/ideas...



I just bought a new APE (AirPort Extreme) less than 30 days ago, however, all customer service is now closed. THus, I am turning to you!



I am getting NO status light at all when I turn the unit on. Green LED's are all lit on the back ports. I plug it in and the Airport Tool is unable to see any local stations (even though my MBP is 2 feet away). I am on my old Netgear router righ tnow to get online. The unit seems to be getting power, yet no Status light means no power according to the manual...



Any thoughts, suggestions?
