Devonthink vs. Notetaker 2003

I am considering purchasing either Devonthink or Notetaker 2003. I would appreciate hearing from others what they think of these two pieces of software. In your opinion what are either products strong points, as well as weak points? Anything else you want to add will be appreciated.

    They both have demo's to downoad. Give each of them a try.
