How do I replace the Home default icon?

For a while I had a custom icon for Home in the Toolbar, even had the right name on it, but now it won't work anymore, even though *my* folder has a custom icon on it (Robbie the Robot, btw).

So I want to track the default down and squash that insipid Disney house icon. Clues appreciated, since I'm obviously missing a few... <img src="graemlins/oyvey.gif" border="0" alt="[Are you kidding?]" />

This is located in the Finder.app

    System/Library/CoreServices/Finder.app/Contents/Resources/home.icns

    Edit that
