Itunes cannot read the contents of the iPod ?SYS?. Go to the Summary tab in ipod pref
Started a new job. Installed itunes on my computer, to which I do not have administrator rights. I have authorized the computer.
My ipod is showing up on the menu but I cannot see playlist or dump music to it. I get the following message "Itunes cannot read the contents of the iPod ?SYS?. Go to the Summary tab in ipod preferences and click restore to restore this ipod to factory settings". Obviously that is a road I don't want to travel. Any suggestions?
Also, there are 2 computers that I used at previous job that I would like to deauthorze so they don't take 2 of my 5 alloted computers. Thanks.
